You must be at least 18 to create an account or use the service. The service is not offered to minors, including with parental consent. You must provide accurate eligibility confirmations and follow applicable law.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access secure. Do not automate abuse, evade safeguards, impersonate others, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the service to create illegal, harmful, non-consensual, or infringing content.

Sands are limited, non-transferable service credits with no cash value outside NowhereINN. Prices and included Sands are shown before checkout. Refunds are handled under applicable consumer law and the refund terms shown at purchase; refunded credits may be removed and any spent shortfall may place the account in debit.

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant NowhereINN the limited rights needed to host, process, moderate and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consent.

Features may change, and we may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, respond to payment disputes, or enforce these terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
